Make checks payable to the Kentucky Genealogical Society.

Winners of The Outstanding Service to Genealogy Award are guests of the Society at the Friday night dinner at
the Capital Plaza Holiday Inn, July 31 at 6:30 p.m. The cost of the dinner is $18, including tax and gratuity,
and is separate from the seminar registration fee. KGS does prefer you include your registration fee and dinner,
payable to KGS, on the same check.

The Capital Plaza Holiday Inn is reserving guest rooms for seminar attendees at a special rate of $65 per night.
The "official" cut-off date for this special rate is July 1, but they tell us they can probably give us this rate for sometime after that.
For reservations, please call the hotel, not KGS, at 502-227-5100.
Remember to mention the KGS seminar to receive the special rate.

Note that Mr Dollarhide will have a supply of books and other materials available for purchase at the Seminar.

Also note that this year everyone will be seated at tables for the entire day, which means you'll have room for taking notes and hopefully be more comfortable. At lunch, you can go through the buffet line and return to your table to eat.
